The concierge offered excellent assistance suggesting transportation options to the airport. I saved a considerable amount of money. The staff were very attentive and nice. My room was clean and the shower was great. The location was very convenient.
The room was quite small, leaving limited space to relax apart from the bed. I wish there was just a little more room.

The hotel provided access to cold and hot drinking water which I found very convenient. I was able to fill up my water bottle before heading out for the day, and that was a great help. This amenity saved me money.

the room was quite small there was no refrigerator available i also found the bathroom to be somewhat unclean upon arrival. some staff seemed indifferent to guest requests failing to promptly address minor concerns. this made for a less than satisfactory experience

The location was convenient. It offered easy access to many restaurants. Shopping and theaters were close. Transportation options were also nearby.
The bed felt not clean. I saw some bug residue. The sink was clogged and didn't drain well. The television also didn't work in my room.

the room temperature regulation was inconsistent . i found it difficult to maintain a comfortable environment, particularly at night. this minor inconvenience affected my overall experience.

the room was very clean i noted the housekeeping team takes pride in their work the location is the best it offered easy access to many attractions restaurants and shops nearby
i asked for a fridge but i didn't get it they said they were only provided for people who needed medical supplies also drinking water was not provided other hotels i stayed at provided it daily
